1. Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Time (After Production)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility to complete delivery.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order


8. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location.


9. International Orders (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
